Maynooth's NEW Fire Station nears completion
Maynooth Fire Station's new 3 bay fire station seen nearling completion. It is hoped the fire crew will be in the new station by mid august.
Wild Atlantic Way Cycle - 2025
This September, Fire-Ireland.com will be joining members of the National Retained Firefighters Assocation, FDNY, Dublin Fire Brigade, Cork Fire Brigade, Friends of Firefighters, Aoibheann's Pink Tie and the National Ambulance Service as we again cycle to Kinsale, County Cork from Newcastlewest in County Limerick.
We will again be raising money for Aoibheann's Pink Tie and the US team will be raising money for Friends of Firefighters in NYC. Fire-Ireland will be teaming up with members of Dublin Fire Brigade, Kildare Fire Service and Westmeath Fire Service to raise money for our team challange. Cork City
Scene of a fire/incident at a premises on the Lower Glanmire Road on Friday 18th July. Cork City fire crews from Anglesea Street attended the scene.
Dublin City
Firefighters from Phisborough and Tara Street Fire Stations seen dealing with a commericial fire on the Phisborough Road on Friday 18th July. Local Diversions were in place for a time.

Kilkenny fire & Rescue Service Callan Fire Station seen attending to a grass fire in the town on Friday 11th July. The fast reacting fire crew are credited to saving homes from the quick moving fire.

County Laois
Scene of a two vehicle RTC on Sunday 13th July in Portlaoise, next to Portlaoise College. Portlaoise Fire Station Alpha 1 and Bravo 1 attended.
County Roscommon
On Friday 20th June, emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic collision in County Roscommon. The collision occurred on the N60 between Roscommon Town and Ballymoe. Gardaí, fire service and ambulance service personnel attended the scene. The road, near the turn off for Ballintubber, remained open, but motorists were being urged to slow down and exercise caution as emergency services dealt with the incident. It is not yet know if anyone was injured in the collision. ~Roscommon Herald
