County Dublin 31st December 2022
In the early hours of Saturday 31st December four fire engines responded to a hay barn alight in the Fingal area of north county Dublin. Thermal imaging was in use and a water tanker along with a foam tender also attended. Two fire engines and two water tankers remained on scene after 10am. Firefighters from Phibsborough fire station responded to a vehicle fire Christmas night. Breathing apparatus was in use and a high pressure hose reel was also used to extinguish the car. ~@DubFireBrigade Twitter

Dublin Firefighters were called to two vehicles alight in Clondalkin Sunday night 18th December. Although radiated heat damaged nearby doors and windows the fire was prevented from spreading any further. ~@DubFireBrigade Twitter

Early on Saturday 17th December, Dublin Firefighters responded to a reports of a building on fire on Dame Street. Firefighters discovered a fire in the stairwell of the building. The first call was at 9.10am. The scale of the operation necessitated for Dame Street to be closed for a time. ~@DubFireBrigade Twitter

Firefighters from Dolphins Barn and Tallaght prevented a fire in a recycling centre in Ballyfermot from spreading to the entirety of the building on Tuesday 6th December. The fire was under control and firefighters remained on scene to dampen the material down. ~@DubFireBrigade Twitter
Dublin 5th December 2022
Firefighters rescued a person following a fire in their home in Rathfarnham Monday morning 5th December. Firefighters using breathing apparatus took the person to safety while other crews fought the fire. Five units of Dublin Fire Brigade attended a building fire in Tallaght Village on Sunday 27th November. The road throught Tallaght Village was closed for a timeto allow for firefighting operations.

Firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle fire in the South bore of the Dublin Port Tunnel on Thursday 17th November. Firefighting operations took place from the North bore so the Dublin Tunnel was closed in both directions for a time. ~@DubFireBrigade Twitter

Two Units of Carlow Fire & Rescue Service seen dealing with an call-out at a premises on Tullow Street, close to the Shamrock junction, in Carlow town.
