Scene of a fire were a pub was badly damaged in Macroom in Co Cork. Seen on the left of the photo is the Macroom appliance on standby as firefighters make the building safe.

A massive blase at the Countrys biggest pallet manufacturer in Clondrohid near Macroom in Co Cork on the 18/12/2011. The fire at the 20,000 sq m plant caused huge damage. Units of the fire service from Macroom, Millstreet, Ballincollig, Kantuck and Kilarney and also Water Carriers from Bandon and Mallow were called to the scene at around 07.30. It took Firefighters a number of hours to bring the blase under control.
Cork City
9 Units of the Cork City Fire Brigade attended this Fire at Hanover Tyres in Cork City on the 03/12/2011. It took firefighters about an hour to bring the fire under control.

Units of the Cork County Fire and Rescue Service attended a Large hay barn fire near the village of Rathcormac in Co Cork on the 14/08/2011. Units attending Fermoy (CK25) Mitchelstown (CK26).
County Tipperary 08/08/2011
A two-seater plane crashed near Slievenamon in Co Tipperary on Monday 8th of Augest. The plane crashed in a field beside a wooded area near Slievenamon around 11.30am. Gardaí said the light aircraft came down at Ballyduggan, 2km from the village of Mullinahone.

At approx 4.30am firefighters in Ennis were alerted to a domestic fire in Ballymaley on the outskirts of the town. On Arrival they discovered a bungalow well alight with no persons unaccounted for. The blaze was brought under control rapidly with first aid reels and a CAFS line Cork City 23/06/2011

Scene of a fire at the Mallow Park Hotel in Co Cork. The alarm was raised in the early hours of Tuesday morning the 04/01/2011 and units from Mallow were first on the scene. Also attending were Midleton CK41,Charleville CK24,Kantuch CK23 and units from Cork City CO11. All photos shown were taken at around 9am on the morning of the fire.

Fire badly damaged a wing of Our Ladys hospital in Cork City on the 29/12/2010. Five units of the Cork City Fire Brigade were called to the scene at around 10pm to deal with the fire. Gardai are treating the fire as malicious.
